Most recently, I was a UX Researcher focusing on AI, specifically Google Lens, a visual search experience.

 

Every research project ebbs and flows and insights generation is about creating the environment that attracts insights naturally. Things don’t have to be painful – just well-planned.

 

I bring to life user stories in a variety of mediums that best convey the voice of the customer.
